Remote and secluded land in Hardin County. End of the road privacy. A great hunting property for varmints, whitetail, and pigs. Some migratory birds, and you might even see a black bear! Hardwoods and mature pine - oaks, magnolia, hickory, mahaw, holly, pin oak, chinkapin, and even a few cypress along Flat Cypress Creek, which is a wet weather creek. Call turkey or coyotes, fox, bobcat, and cougars. Black bear have recently been introduced in the area, although as of this writing none have been seen on the property.

There is a water well, six-strand bobbed wire to keep the cows in, and 3 generators for electricity. Store feed and supplies in a secure shipping container. Sandy loam on the surface with a layer of clay beneath. Water drains off quickly. Timber is ready for harvest, should you desire.

End of the road property is accessible from Ghost Road via easement. Some blinds and feeders convey. A set of working pens helps with cattle. There are also some trails cut into the forest for easier access to the good hunting spots, but you will need a four-wheeler or side-by-side. Dewberry and muscadines for jelly making!
