Water is one of the ranch’s greatest strengths. Nine developed springs, over 5 miles of buried water pipeline system feeding livestock tanks, and ponds provide reliable water across the ranch. Improvements Two cabins overlook a large hay meadow where elk are often seen feeding in the evenings. The main home offers approximately 2,902 square feet with three bedrooms and an unfinished basement, while the historic guest cabin provides approximately 1,288 square feet with two bedrooms and a loft.
