Woodrock

Woodrock is a beautiful gated mountain community, located just minutes south of the town of Divide and 20 minutes west of Woodland Park. Woodrock has it's own fishing club with several stocked trout fishing ponds and borders 600 acres of private ranch land for recreation and trail riding. Woodrock is also borders by both Mueller State Park and Dome Rock State Wildlife area. This land consists of 2 lots that have been combined into 1, as the lot line has been vacated to make it a much larger property for the area. There is an existing well drilled on the land as well as a driveway roughed in for a great walkout building site.
