40 Acres of Vacant Land in Foster City

Appointment needed. This 40 acre parcel is accessed off the corner of Bartels Road and has a mixture of hardwood, spruce, pine and balsam. Electricity is close but not to the property. Location might be perfect for an off grid set up. There are some clear areas on the property that might be perfect for building a small camp/home. If you are looking for a private location away from the hustle and bustle this is that! Potential value in timber on the property. Current owner has not explored this as an option. Some select cutting for property managment may have been done over the years. Located close to about 1500 acres of property owned by Crystal Falls Forest Management. Seems like a good opportunity for a peaceful place to spend time with your family and friends. Please make an appointment to walk the property!
