North Cedar Road Tract

The North Cedar Road Tract is ±179.33 acres of beautiful pine and hardwood forest located in Trinity County, Texas. The majority of the tract is merchantable loblolly pine plantation. A small portion of the merchantable pine plantation has already been selectively first thinned. The majority of the pine plantation still needs to be selectively first thinned.
