Fawn Lake is an all private lake with access only to the owners. One private access is for launching boats and is very near to the subject parcel. Another shared access is on the north side and is more of a park. You don't have to worry about lots of fishing pressure that comes with public accesses. You and the other property owners have the lake all to yourselves. This desirable neighborhood has nice homes with paved streets and just a few minutes south of Gaylord.
