Lake Nicol Hunting Tract

This tract is located off Old Lock 15 Road near Lake Nicol and would make a nice hunting tract close to Tuscaloosa. Most of the timber was cut several years ago and is now made up of natural regeneration except for hardwood that was left along a creek that runs through the property.
