Enon Church Road Broiler Farm is a six house broiler farm located near Providence, Kentucky in Crittenden County. The farm features six 43x510 houses built in 1999. Situated on 42+/- acres that has two road frontages, one being State Route 120, and the other being Enon Church Road. Around 1+/- acre is across the road from the farm on Enon Church Road. There is a pond on the farm, enclosed shop, and other sheds. This farm was previously in production with Tyson Foods Robards/Sebree Complex. Tyson will potentially consider a production contract here again with updates. The seller will give a concession of up to $160,000 for the updates.
