2 Acres of Land in Tully

2 Acres of beautifully flat land with a wooded back drop, set on a private road close to town. 2 parcels, each 1 acre, combine and create a large open area for building a 4 bedroom home in the Tully district. This great piece of land sits close to Tully Lake, where there is a public walk in launch on a nearby street. A recent septic design is included for the construction of a 4 bedroom house, well required. Assembly Park is a private road with year round access, serviced by the Town.
