Condor Avocado Ranch

Condor Ranch comprises 267.54± planted acres located in the coastal foothills of Ventura County, California. The ranch is planted to approximately 182.38 acres of avocados (Hass and Lamb) and 85.16 acres of lemons (ESL2 and conventional), with orchards established between 2001 and 2015.

The property has been strengthened through ongoing capital investment with a focus on long-term performance and efficiency.  Significant upgrades were completed to the irrigation and water delivery systems, including the installation of micro-sprinklers, reservoir storage, booster pumps, and filtration infrastructure.  These improvements enhance water management and support orchard health across the ranch.
