Vacant Land in Gasburg

Here's your chance to own 108.72 acres close to Lake Gaston! Land was previously leased by a hunt club, but lease has expired. There is an old homesite by the road. Condition is unknown so please don't enter. There is an iron gate across the path but it is not locked. You can ride back there in a car if you like. The Whitby-Huff Family cemetery is located on the land behind the house. I have uploaded documents describing it.
