67.85 Acres of Land for Sale in Phillips, ME

Tucked away in the Western Maine woods, this 68-acre recreational property offers the kind of rustic escape that is becoming harder to find. Featuring a charming 10x16 off-grid camp with an open-concept layout, sleeping area, wood stove, and covered porch, it's an ideal basecamp for hunting season, weekend getaways, and year-round outdoor adventures. A storage shed provides additional space for gear and equipment, while the surrounding acreage offers room to explore, unwind, and enjoy the Maine woods.

With nearby access to ATV and snowmobile trail networks, this property is well suited for those who appreciate Maine's outdoor traditions. Whether you're tracking whitetail deer, enjoying the fall foliage, spending quiet mornings in the woods, or gathering around the wood stove after a day outside, this is a property built around the simple pleasures of camp life. One of the most intriguing features is the potential to reclaim mountain views. Photographs from approximately 20 years ago showcase the impressive views once enjoyed from the property.

Although tree growth has since obscured those vistas, selective clearing and trimming may offer an opportunity to reopen portions of the view. Access is via a deeded right-of-way over a rustic roadway, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.
