0.82 Acres of Vacant Land in Norwell

This is a possible buildable lot. There are seasonal views of the North River from the lot. The lot has frontage on both Harbor Lane and Kings Landing. The owner is currently working with Massachusetts Land Court to have a 2008 Agreement of Judgement possibly endorsed by a justice of the Land Court which will possibly correct a clerical oversight and a ministerial omission concerning lot size. This could possibly increase the lot size to 45,926 square feet (1.05 Acre). The lot has a new four-bedroom septic system that was installed with a permit issued previously by the Norwell Board of Health. There is a site plan available that was approved at that time by the North River Commission. There is an Order of Conditions from the Nowell Conservation Commission issued previously. The lot offers privacy with a beautiful stand of tall pine trees at either end. There is an existing gentle slope to the lot that features an upland area for a possible home at the end of a long gravel drive. A marina on the North River is a short walk from the property. The land on the other side of Kings Landing at this location is mostly wetlands and town property. Electric and water utilities are available on the street at this location.
