1.09 Acres of Residential Acreage in Franklin

You can own the mountain top and all its views! One of a Kind! Welcome to Acadia from Bailey Mountain, a rare gated mountain-top community offering privacy, peace, and sweeping views of Acadia National Park, Schoodic Mountain, Mount Desert Island, and surrounding lakes and ocean waters. All lots are surveyed and perk tested, with underground utilities and quality roads maintained by the Homeowners Association for year-round access. Thoughtful community restrictions help protect the natural beauty and quiet setting, while hiking trails provide direct access to the outdoors. The nearby Downeast Sunrise Trail offers 50 miles of recreation from Ellsworth to the Canadian border, with boating and beach access available at nearby George's Pond. Acadia National Park, Tunk Lake, Donnell Pond, and additional preserved lands are all within easy reach. Located just 12 miles from Ellsworth and approximately one hour from Bangor International Airport, this is an exceptional opportunity to build in a private, nature-oriented community with convenient access to Downeast Maine amenities and recreation. This land has great investment potential. The HOA fees apply only after construction begins on the lot. For the properties held for investment, no regular monthly HOA fees would be charged.
