Approximately 205± acres were harvested about 9 years ago.  This area now features natural hardwood regrowth. Another 97.5± acres contain 23-year-old thinned pine plantation. The remaining acreage includes 38± acres of hardwoods. Additionally, 80.5± acres are bottomland hardwoods along the creeks. This diverse habitat supports deer, hogs, and turkeys.It offers excellent hunting land. The property provides long-term timberland investment potential. Some short-term income is also available. 

Water resources are a prominent feature of the tract. Hurricane Creek flows through the northwest part of the property, while Moro Creek runs along the eastern boundary.
