Painter Farm is a seven house farm located in Dekalb County, Alabama near the town of Crossville. The farm has seven 40x500 houses that were built in 1999. Currently the farm is not in production. 44+/- acres goes with the farm, which includes one empty pad that a 40x500 house could be rebuilt on. One of the houses has some truss and structural issues.

The home is a 3,800 sq ft brick home that has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two car garage. There is an inground pool as well.
