Ritchey Breeder Farm is a scenic, two-location poultry farm situated on Dayton Mountain in Bledsoe County, TN, just outside the small town of Pikeville. The farm includes four operational breeder houses and two mobile homes across two separate tracts of land located just four miles apart. Together, the properties span approximately 32 acres and are currently contracted with Koch Foods.

The Rigsby Gap Road parcel includes two 42x452 breeder houses built in 2012, a spacious double-wide mobile home, and around 20 acres of mostly open land. The second parcel on Doc Beck Lane offers two 42x452 houses built in 2011, two older, non-operational barns (currently used for parts), a single-wide mobile home, and 12 additional acres.

Each poultry house includes a 42x440 bird area and 12-foot egg collection rooms. Equipment includes Big Dutchman feeding systems, Shenandoah nest boxes, and Rotem Platinum Plus controllers. Water is sourced from both well and city lines. Koch Foods provides integrator support with a pay structure of $0.60 per dozen eggs and $0.16 per cull, along with bedding materials.
