DenMar Commercial Egg Farm is a four-house egg production farm located in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, near the towns of Jefferson and Bethune. This operation sits on approximately 60+/- acres and includes a mix of open land, potential homesites, and partial pond frontage. The farm is currently under contract with Storey Farm LLC, a South Carolina-based commercial egg company.

Built in 2003 and 2004, the four 42x500 poultry houses are equipped with a variety of features. Two of the houses use Rotem controllers while the other two use Hired Hand controllers. Feeding systems are split between two houses with Big Dutchman pan feeders and two with Big Dutchman chain feeders. All houses are equipped with Lubing drinkers. Nest systems include two houses with Hired Hand single belt nests and Grower Select egg tables, and two houses with Grower Select double belt nests.

Additional infrastructure includes three wells and a 3,000-gallon storage tank, three generators, a litter shed, and a pit for mortality management. The seller has recently invested approximately $150,000 in improvements to the houses, enhancing their condition and functionality.

The current contract is a USDA FSA Guaranteed Compliant production agreement that pays $0.30 per dozen for commercial eggs and $0.10 per dozen for cull eggs. The farm also receives pullet pay from bird placement through the start of egg production. Projected gross annual income is approximately $350,000.
