Albert Allen

Albert grew up in a South Texas ranching family, graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Land Economics and served as an officer in the US Army. He has been involved in the appraisal, brokerage, buying and selling of real estate (primarily rural) all of his adult life. He formed Allen, Williford & Seale (AWS) which eventually became the largest independent appraisal firm specializing in right of way and litigation support in the nation. In 2015 he sold AWS and now concentrates on brokering rural property near Houston.

Albert is the President of the RLI Texas Chapter. He is a member of; the Realtors Land Institute, Texas Land Brokers Network, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. He holds the ALC designation.
