Chris Padgett

Chris Padgett joined National Land Realty in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience as a real estate investor with a strong focus on land. Prior to joining NLR, he worked in residential real estate in the Birmingham, Alabama area, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property value, market trends, and development potential. Chris is an Associate Broker licensed in Alabama and Georgia and specializes in helping clients buy and sell recreational, hunting, timber, and investment land.

A military veteran and father of two, Chris approaches every transaction with discipline, integrity, attention to detail and a commitment to his clients’ goals. When he’s not working, he enjoys hunting, hiking, traveling, photography, and spending time outdoors—activities that deepen his appreciation for the land and the lifestyle it offers.
