I’m a fifth-generation Texan, born in Temple and raised right here in Central Texas—a region I know and love, where the Blackland Prairie meets the Balcones Escarpment. Central Texas land, especially in Bell County, is in my blood. My best childhood memories are of clearing cedars on our family farm overlooking the Leon River and enjoying time with family at the Stagecoach Inn in Salado.

I’ve called Austin home since earning my Government degree at the University of Texas, where I met my wonderful wife of 35 years, Viki. A proud Longhorn, I was a Texas Cowboy (keeper of Smokey, the famous cannon!) and you can still find me at Darrel K. Royal Memorial Stadium most Saturdays in the fall with my family and friends. When I’m not focused on real estate, I enjoy skiing, hiking, cycling, hunting, and fishing with my many friends.

With over 30 years of experience, I’ve been a long-time Real Estate Broker, Developer, and Builder. My first taste of real estate was as a kid, helping my dad hand-clear and layout a beautiful community of estate lots perched high above a river. This hands-on experience has given me a unique perspective on buying, selling, and development—I’ve acted as a principal in many transactions and have my brand on some of the Austin area’s most notable projects. I have a deep understanding of design, land planning, and construction costs, and I can easily help you assemble the right team for your project.

My philosophy is simple: to represent my clients in the best way possible using my knowledge, experience, and contacts, while always being a good steward of the land—preserving the natural beauty, character, and heritage of an area whenever possible. I’m always looking for buyers and sellers to represent, unique land opportunities to market, and new people to collaborate with. Let’s connect!
