Tim Rogers

Tim Rogers is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wyoming and an Accredited Land Consultant. He served as a past President of the Realtors Land Institute Wyoming chapter. He specializes in ranch, recreational, forested, fishing, and hunting properties. Tim has his home office in Dubois, the southernmost gateway community to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Tim has lived and worked on western cattle ranches and farms his entire life. He worked as a Professional Forester, Resource Manager, and log home builder for over 35 years. As an avid outdoorsman, he appreciates the wide open spaces and vast expanses of public and private lands which offer unparalleled hunting, fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, and many other recreational opportunities. Tim has a background which allows him to understand the highest and best use for a property. He knows how to contact potential buyers or inform sellers regarding the true potential of a property. Tim is intimately knowledgeable about the culture, character and history of this area, its geography, and the local market, choosing to live and work in Dubois for over 31 years. Tim has special interests which include family, big game hunting, backcountry hiking and skiing, fishing, woodworking, and building handcrafted log homes.
