Joel has been a Real Estate Broker since 1984 and conducting Real Estate & Personal Property & Real Estate Auctions since 1986. Mr. King was honored with the award of the Outstanding Young Men of America in 1986. He earned a degree in accounting from Arkansas State University and is a graduate of the Fort Smith Auctioneers School. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Arkansas Auctioneers Association and serves on the audit committee for the State Association. Mr. King has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation which is the highest achievement awarded to members to the auction industry. A total of less than 1000 auctioneers worldwide hold the prestigious CAI designation. He is also an affiliate member of the Realtors Association and a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and is currently working on the designation of the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Mr. was honored in 2015 to be inducted into the Arkansas Auctioneers Hall of Fame.
Mr. King has been a marketing consultant and broker with Peoples Company since 2020 and before that continued the success of a family-owned Real Estate Company where he had participated in more than 15 million in sales through the traditional and auction method of marketing.
