Eric Andrews

Eric Andrews is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in History. He taught History and Civics at Northwood High School prior to obtaining his Real Estate license in 1999.

Eric is consistently one of the top Brokers in commercial, land and farm transactions in the region. He has been named to the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors Million Plus Club and is a member of the Raleigh Board of Realtors Top Producers Council. He was awarded the Distinguished Business Person of the Year Award by the Chatham County Chamber of Commerce in 2008, Land Broker Award and Land Broker of the Year in 2016 and an Apex Awards Top Producer-A Top National Land Broker Award.

Eric is an Accredited Land Consultant in North Carolina and has served the Realtors Land Institute. Eric is a member of the American Planning Association, the Realtors Commercial Alliance, and the NC Property Manager's Association. Eric is on the State Board Commercial Forms Committee .He also serves on the Arbitrational Board for Raleigh.

Eric obtained his North Carolina Auctioneers License to expand the firm's services to its clients in this changing economy. Eric has conducted dozens of auctions for properties with many closing above the seller's expectations.
