Lynn Behrens

Lynn is an Austin area native and a 5th generation Texan. Her father was a custom homebuilder and would take her on jobsites starting at an early age. This is where her love for the real estate industry started.

Lynn graduated Texas A&M in 1991 with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Economics. After graduating she moved back to Austin, got her real estate license and started work as an appraiser trainee. While she never received her appraiser certification the knowledge she gained has been invaluable in her varied career in the real estate industry. She has over 25 years experience working as a residential and commercial real estate lending assistant for various banks around the Austin area. She also managed her father’s custom homebuilding business and got her broker’s license to list properties for the company.

Lynn’s experience in the various facets of the real estate industry make her a good resource for her clients. She really understands all aspects of what goes into a successful real estate transaction and enjoys guiding her clients through the process.

Lynn met her husband, Brandon Walls in Austin in 2013. Their first trip together was to visit Terlingua, TX and to hike in Big Bend National Park. They both fell in love with the area and got married in the Terlingua Ghosttown in November 2015. They always thought it would be a great place to live. In 2021 that dream became a reality. They now run a campground on the 80 acres they purchased between Terlingua and Lajitas and have a home in Alpine, TX.

Outside of real estate, Lynn enjoys traveling, reading, hot yoga, hiking and kayaking with her husband and dogs and attending live music festivals and concerts. She also enjoys meeting new people and volunteering in her community.
