In addition to running a successful business, Daphne volunteers in her industry working to protect private property rights and maintain professionalism. She is a past Director for Texas REALTORS (2019-2023), past Chairman of the Commercial Committee, Vice Chair on the Public Policy Land Use Committee, and appointed to serve on the Executive Leadership team in 2025. Locally she was voted REALTOR of the year in 2019, is a Past President of Greater Denton Wise County Association of REALTORS, Director since 2016, and serves on the Education Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee. Daphne also serves on the Education Committee for the Southern Oklahoma Board of REALTORS.

Daphne has also been appointed to serve on the Ag Advisory Board for Denton Central Appraisal District, and has served as a public member of the State Bar of Texas' Grievance Committee.
