Sam Rawlins

Sam was raised on a working cattle ranch in eastern Oregon alongside five siblings. He learned the values of responsibility, integrity and hard work at a young age and considers his upbringing an unequaled asset in his life and business today. After graduating high school he earned a four year degree with a double major in business and economics from NNU in Idaho. In 2014 he became licensed to sell real estate and has since been involved in transactions spanning all sectors of the industry. He is an active investor and manages his own portfolio that includes both debt and equity holdings in agriculture, commercial, SFR, MHP and RVP assets. He and his wife, Tiana reside in Riley, Oregon where they work together at raising God-fearing kids and productive livestock.
