Bryan was raised on a purebred cattle ranch, part of a the fourth-generation legacy of Colorado ranching families. Bryan has continued his family's traditions of outfitting, managing, and selling ranches. His invaluable experiences working on his family's ranch, with the family's big game outfitting business, Simental cattle operation and in ranch real estate sales have contributed to the growth of Bryan's unique industry skillset. His 25 years of ranch real estate experience and familiarity with management, development, and habitat improvement have proven extremely valuable to his clients during large ranch transactions and beyond.
Bryan holds an authentic appreciation for the Western Colorado ranching lifestyle, which lends to his continued success in Colorado ranch sales. His genuine enthusiasm and enjoyment for wildlife, hunting, and agriculture are demonstrated by his hands-on connection with livestock and the land. Although his primary focus is selling ranches, Bryan also keeps active with ranch management, transitional land development, his outfitting business, and habitat restoration projects. Additionally, he specializes in building one-of-a-kind long-range rifles and suppressors. He is a member of the Fifty Caliber Shooting Association, Realtors Land Institute, and National Association of Realtors. He is licensed in Colorado as a real estate broker, a guide and outfitter, and a federal firearms manufacturer.
