I applied for and later received approval for North Carolina Real Estate Commission Continuing Education (Elective four-hour credit) on September 22, 2003, for all RLI Land 101 Classes.

I instructed over 40 Land 101 classes, graduating over 4,800 Realtors from over twenty-seven states. I taught in North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, California, Oklahoma and Nebraska. I also taught at the 2009 National Realtors Convention in San Diego. I recruited over 300 new RLI members and numerous RLI sponsors.

Developed a series of Land videos for public consumption on our website and YouTube

2007 initialized and promoted through Glory Bowman RLI Ex VP adding the specialty “Land” to our Realtors Code of Ethics Article 11. Adopted and included January 2009

2008 the NC RCA Commercial Forms Committee instigated and organized a “Land Information Worksheet.” This approved NC Real Estate Form 502, was approved Jan 2010, has over 78 Land Issues and Observations. It is being submitted to NC Legislation 2017 for a request to be included as a required Land Disclosure Form for all Land transactions in the State of North Carolina. Virginia Association of Realtors has also adopted this form.

January 2006 was appointed by Randy Hearst, National Realtors Land Institute 2006 President to the Professional Standards Committee and attended the session in Washington DC May 2006.

From December 2, 2017, to today, I host “Let’s Talk Land” radio show, a weekly one-hour international show called “Free Land Education.” Now, I have over 290 one-hour shows worldwide.
