PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Steven first obtained his real estate license in 2007 and has increased in sales and listings ever since. His consistent drive to always go above and beyond has allowed him to transact more than 9,000 acres in various sized land parcels throughout the Northwest/Pandhandle Texas region. Spend a little time in the truck with him and you’ll soon see how easy Steven is to get along with. One thing he really loves about the ranch brokerage business is meeting new people. He is skilled at facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
Growing up in the farm and ranch industry, land got into his DNA at an early age. He started work in insurance adjusting soon after high school, and after 13 years of working on the homeowner side of the industry, switched to crop insurance in 2009. From his upbringing to professional career, Steven has developed a very well rounded knowledge of all things agricultural. He currently manages the Paducah office of Legacy Properties.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Steven was born and raised in Paducah, Texas, where he still currently lives with his wife Dana. Steven and Dana have been married for 21 years, and together they have three children: Madison (18), who is in her first year at WTAMU, Marley (17), a junior in high school, and Brody (9), a 3rd grader. He is active in his community, having served 9 years on the Paducah School Board and 12 years in FFA. Give him enough free time, and you might even find Steven casting a line or putting for birdie!
