Blaine Bickelhaupt’s passion for land and farming began at a very young age. As a third-generation farmer, Blaine was raised on a dryland wheat farm located in Dayton Washington. In 1993, Blaine left being a full-time farmer to pursue his real estate career. In 1995, Blue Mountain Realtors was formed and has been operating successfully ever since.
For the last 25 years Blaine has been credited with successfully selling, buying, transferring and trading of thousands of acres of farm and ranch land throughout Washington and Idaho. Blaine’s years of experience have given him extensive knowledge in value-added land acquisitions, resort and recreational ranches, conservation easement assessments, irrigated land, dryland, mountain estates, timberland, water rights, and a wide array of anything that has to do with dirt.
Blaine and his wife, Julie have been married for 45 years. They have two children, five grandchildren and relish the time they can spend with them. Outside of real estate, Blaine and Julie can be found traveling, fishing, golfing and cherishing time with good friends.
