Dave started his career in real estate in 1976 when he hung his license with a local real estate company. As he gained experience and knowledge about the intricate real estate industry, he decided to continue his education by becoming a broker in 1988. Dave broadened his horizons while working at a land company, where he gained experience and knowledge in land development and acreage real estate. In 1994 he moved out on his own and established Golden West Properties. He has continued to expand his knowledge by working with R.E. developers and earning his Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation from The National Association of New Home Builders. Over his more than 31 years of experience in real estate and 19 years as a designated broker, Dave has become a highly respected, well known business man in the western Washington area and a consistent multi-million dollar producer in residential and acreage real estate.
