Dave Ringler began his real estate career in 1976, starting with a local Land brokerage where he quickly developed a passion for the industry. As he gained experience and insight into the complexities of rural real estate, he pursued further education and became a licensed Broker in 1988.
Dave broadened his expertise as an asset manager at a Regional Timber company, deepening his knowledge of timberland management, land development, and acreage properties. In 1994, he took the next step in his career and founded Golden West Properties, a firm dedicated to serving clients in timberlands, rural residential, and acreage real estate throughout Washington.
With more than 45+ years of real estate experience and over three decades as a Designated Broker, Dave has become a highly respected and well-known leader in the Western Washington real estate community. He is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer specializing in rural residential and land transactions and was recently recognized as the top vacant land broker in the NWMLS.
Dave also serves as a Washington State Ambassador for the Land Brokers Co-Op and, for the past 25 years, has had the privilege of being part of a select group of brokers representing the Weyerhaeuser Corporation in Washington State.
