Prior to entering the real estate industry, Virgil served the agricultural sector directly. He was a successful salesperson at an aggressive equipment dealership, where – among multiple achievements – was awarded top sales representative. He was also involved in his family farm operation, which focused on grain and beef production, further solidifying Virgil’s dedication, determination and work ethic in the real estate industry.
Virgil has overseen Rocking X Land Company, Ltd., thrive in a very competitive market, due to its outstanding service and reputation. The impressive milestones that he and his company have met cannot be overlooked. Virgil acquired his Accredited Land Consultant designation in November of 2012 after completing the required education and volume requirements for the designation of ALC by his peers.

Shortly after meeting Virgil and Shawn made an agreement, which ensured Virgil a spot on MineralMarketing.com’s team as a sale representative. Virgil became a sales representative for the Eastern Colorado, and Western Kansas areas. Since that time Virgil has completed several large mineral listings and sales in cooperation with Mineral Marketing.com.
