fly-fishing guide and outfitter in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana for 20 years as well as a big-
game hunting guide in Wyoming and a duck hunting guide in Arkansas. He was a member of
the United States Fly Fishing Team, competing in two world championships in Sweden and
Finland. Additionally, Jim has hosted international fly-fishing trips to places like Mexico,
Argentina and Mongolia and operated his own fishing lodge in Patagonia, Chile for almost a
decade. A born entrepreneur, Jim has started four successful companies and helped build
WorldCast Anglers into one the largest fly-fishing outfitters in the United States.
Whether saddling a horse to ride a property or helping his clients see the subtle details and
habitat of a trout stream, Jim lives the philosophy that real estate is about relationships and
