Great grazing ground that includes excellent hunting and recreational opportunities. 947± deeded acres and an additional 160± acres of adjacent BLM leased land. Currently running 135 cow / calf pairs for 4-5 months. Fenced, corrals, two year-round springs and domestic well powered by solar or a generator. Well is 505 ft deep with static water at 160 ft and a production rate of 15 gal/min (as per log) near the flat build-able spaces. Topography and water allows the land to be abundant for big game hunting, within Idaho Fish & Game Hunt Unit 76 and IDFG Georgetown Summit WMA. Beautifully treed along the canyons that lead up the open ridges for spectacular vista views and endless trailing riding. Ground also borders National Forest Service, state and BLM lands. Access via the county road beginning in spring through fall and in winter by snowmobile (weather permitting).
