Frank Church Wilderness Lodge

A truly unique, magnificent property consisting of 73± acres inside the Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness Area. Located about 30 miles upriver from Riggins, Idaho, and about 50± miles from McCall, Idaho. Accessible from McCall only. A large lodge (4 stories) and garage (3 stories) with upstairs apartments (42,000 total sq ft) has been partially constructed with wood on concrete and steel according to rigorous commercial codes. Additionally, there are many wood-frame structures to support workers and visitors during the construction phase (approx. 10,000 sq ft). The new construction has a basement, exterior walls, interior floors, and roof. Metal roofing was installed on the garage building and 1/3 of the main lodge before construction was halted in October 2012. Over $22,000,000 has been spent on the project to date.
