Knox Farm Equine Center, located in the charming small farming and ranching community of Chesterfield, Idaho, is a top-notch commercial equine training facility. Situated in the beautiful Gem Valley of southeastern Idaho, the estate covers a vast expanse of 80± acres, offering abundant room to ride, train, breed horses, or host competitions. The impressive 32,000-square-foot insulated barn and arena features eleven spacious stalls and various amenities such as a vet room and grooming/wash stall. There are also tack rooms, hay and equipment storage, and a one-bedroom apartment/bunkhouse/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and viewing windows into the arena.
