Improvements The main lodge spans 7,000 square feet and features a fully equipped restaurant with a commercial kitchen, parlor, and bar. The main floor restaurant can seat up to 50 people and includes a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and outdoor seating. The lower floor offers two bathrooms, an additional kitchen, and a full bar. The upper floor includes an office and extra storage space.

The riverside inn consists of 10 rooms and was built in 2004, covering 5,185 square feet. Situated right on the edge of the river, each room features one or two queen-size beds, a seating area, a mini fridge, and a microwave. There is an additional laundry room as well.

The property also includes three private cabins built in 2001. Two of the cabins are 1-bed, 1-bath and span 700 square feet each. The third cabin is 2-bed, 1-bath and is 850 square feet. All three cabins feature a private porch, a separate sitting area, a mini fridge, and a microwave.

The property includes an 1,850-square-foot bunkhouse featuring seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional storage rooms. This space serves as excellent staff housing.

A single well supplies the entire property. It is 600 feet deep and equipped with a 5 hp pump. Each cabin has its own filtration system, ensuring clean water for all occupants.

Recreation Recreational possibilities are endless at this property. The South Fork of the Payette River offers excellent fishing opportunities for trout and mountain whitefish, and is a prime destination for whitewater rafting and kayaking. The surrounding Boise National Forest provides thousands of acres for hunting, camping, hiking, and horseback riding. During winter, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Big game hunters can find elk, deer, bear, wolf, and cougar in the Sawtooth hunting unit. Additionally, the area is home to numerous hot springs.

Region & Climate Lowman, Idaho experiences a semi-arid climate with four distinct seasons.
