LPR Ranch

The LPR Ranch is located approximately 2 miles North of Kendalia, Texas on Crabapple Road in Kendall County. The ranch has frontage on Crabapple Road and Old Blanco Road which are both paved, county maintained, roads. The LPR Ranch is approximately 30 miles from Boerne, 25 miles from Spring Branch / Bulverde, and 40 miles from Fredericksburg and 50 miles from San Antonio.

There is a large ( approximately 4600 square feet ) house located on the North end of the ranch with spectacular views to the South, West, and East. A large back porch / patio looks over the large backyard and pool. There is a 4 car garage with a room upstairs that is heated and cooled. There is a three room office building that has two offices and a library room and a built in gun safe room. A 30' x 50' metal barn on a slab is located East of the house. A paved driveway leads from Crabapple Road to the house and garage.

The ranch has oak and elm trees along with other native trees and a small pond / tank. Game includes white tail deer, turkey, and other native game and animals.
