Hampton Lake Farm

The Hampton Lake Fram is a small dryland tract located less than three miles northeast of the community of Glendora. The farm has mostly Class III soils comprised of Alligator clay and Forestdale silty clay loam, and Class II Dundee silty clay loam and silt loam. Although it is not irrigated the topography is such that it would take minimal landforming to allow furrow irrigation.

There are around fifty acres in cultivation with the balance in native woodlands. There is a block of woods along the north line that should hold deer and allow some recreational hunting potential on the farm.

If you are in the market for a small farm tract with some undeveloped hunting potential don't sleep on the small farm.
