The 160+/- Acre Stevenson Farm in Henderson County, IL is being offered for sale in a One -Chance Sealed Bid format. Bids are due August 21, 2026 at noon. The farm contains one machine shed and two grain bins. The farm is enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Pollinator Program and being renewed this year. Seller will collect the final October payment and close on this property November 2, 2026. Buyer will be able to then continue with the re-enrolled CRP, having the contract continue from current ownership or notify NRCS they do not wish to continue being a participant in that program after closing.
