J&T Broiler Farm is a three house broiler farm located near Crossville, AL in Dekalb County. The farm is situated on
Sand Mountain in Northeast AL, Alabama’s largest poultry production region.
The farm consists of two – 40x500’ houses built in 1997 and onw – 40’x400’ built in 2003. J&T
Broiler Farm grows a 6.5 lb. bird on a 47-day grow out with Pilgrims, Guntersville
Complex. The farm has 17.5 +/- acres with nice 3000 square foot brick home that has had
many updates in the last 2 years. There is also a litter barn with composter for mortality.
The remaining land is used for hay production, and it has a pond. There is possibly room for
expansion on an existing pad. This will make a great starter farm for someone.
