Cedar Creek Broiler Farm

Cedar Creek Broiler Farm is a well-maintained 4-house broiler operation located on 34+/- acres on County Road 486 in Woodland, Alabama. The farm grows a 3.85 lb bird for Pilgrim’s out of the Carrollton complex and has demonstrated strong, consistent income performance with $334,000 gross income in 2024 and $335,000 in 2025.

The poultry houses measure 54’ x 500’, with three houses built in 2008 and one built in 2011. The 2011 house is equipped with 52-inch tunnel fans, while the 2008 houses have 48-inch tunnel fans. All houses include 90-foot cool cells, concrete curb walls, and roll-up and fold-up doors.

The farm is equipped with a Chore-Time package including feed lines, water lines, feed bins, and Choretronics 2 controllers. Each house includes three feed lines and six water lines, propane heat, and an incinerator. Infrastructure includes three wells, a 140 kW Taylor generator servicing all houses, a diesel tank, and a parts shop/equipment shed. Equipment that will convey includes a windrow blade, house washer blower, offset pulverizer, KMC cruster, pintle hitch trailer, and a Chevy farm truck (no title, not running).
