LOCATION

Hidden Oaks is located at 101 Hidden Oaks Lane in Angleton, Brazoria County, near the Houston metroplex. Highway 288 and Highway 35 provide convenient access to Houston, Pearland, and Sugar Land.

Situated at the end of a maintained public road, the property offers a quiet country setting close to town. According to the seller, it lies outside Angleton’s ETJ and borders the city limits, with no deed restrictions or HOA.

TERRAIN
