Two Ponds Duck Club

Two Ponds Duck Club is a premier duck hunting tract totaling 650 +/- acres, surrounded by thousands of acres of impoundments, including South Carolina Waterfowl Association, Featherhorn, and many other private properties. There are 364 +/- acres of planted waterfowl impoundments, fish ponds, and green tree hunting. 44 +/- acres of cultivated agricultural fields provide an excellent location for dove shooting. Another 242 +/- acres of timberland and buffers allow for premier whitetail and turkey hunting. The impoundments are flooded by  2 - 10", 4 - 6", and 1 - 4" wells, with two center pivot irrigation systems. All equipment needed to maintain the property conveys, including an excavator, bulldozer, tractors, planters, corn picker, farm truck, deer stands, and much more (a full equipment list available upon request). Two well-appointed lodges provide accommodations for up to 78 people with indoor and outdoor kitchen areas and entertainment. Two Ponds currently has 200 members and another 100 on the waiting list. Harvest records, financial information, and tours are available for qualified buyers. The current property manager is available to continue with the new owners.
