Tract 1 of Street Place Plantation is a 178-acre tract made up of agricultural fields, mixed pine and hardwood timber, and a small 3-acre bay. There are 98 acres of dry cropland currently in row crop production, with the remaining 80 acres in young mixed pine and hardwood. Mature oaks surround the fields, while the interior consists of younger pine and hardwood, providing excellent bedding and browse for deer.

The mix of ag fields and timber offers a great hunting experience along with some annual income to help offset taxes and provide for year-round protein feeding you are sure to implement for wildlife. There is a large box blind overlooking a portion of the South field with many more fantastic locations for deer stands and game patches.

The property is roughly rectangular in shape and has over 4,000 feet of frontage on Highway 17, with overhead power along the entire length. It’s just a short drive to the amenities of Wadley or Louisville and is surrounded by large landowners on all sides.
