Mulberry North or Mulberry South, choose between two 40 acre excellent building sites just south of Calhan, Colorado. Land North Lot- The north lot is fully fenced and has amazing views of Pikes Peak (America’s Mountain) to the west. There is electrical along the County Road on the east side. Region & Climate The area south of Calhan, Colorado, in eastern El Paso County, features a cold semi-arid climate. At ~6,500–6,700 ft elevation on high plains, it has precipitation of (~15–18 inches annually), abundant sunshine, and large daily temperature swings. Winters are cold: January highs ~40–43°F, lows ~15–18°F, with snow possible (annual total moderate, ~50+ inches regionally). Summers are warm: July highs ~83–86°F, lows ~54–56°F.Spring and fall bring variable weather, with occasional thunderstorms in summer.
