The online-only auction will take place on June 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM with a soft close format. Bidding will open 10 days prior to the auction date, and the opening bid is set at $50,000. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and the property is being sold subject to reserve.
