4 Irrigation wells- Tract 42

4 irrigation wells all producing from the Ogallala aquifer. They are all turbines. There are three turbines on the South 228.73 acres and 1 on the North side of County Road D wells are tied together so you can get your water to the part of the acreage you need to. The 4 wells combined produce 800 gallons per minute which allows you to run two center pivots at a time. There are 4 pivot hookups. Currently there is 116 acres of alfalfa and it is currently in its second year of production. The South side is being planted in cotton. There is a shop or equipment shed on the Southside just off of Highway 70. There is about 5 acres around it. South of County Road D there is 228.73 acres plus 5 acres around the shop. Total acres South side is 232.73 acres. The North side in the South-East corner there is about 2 acres out not counted in the field. The North side of County Road D has 222.90 acres with an additional 44.67 of dryland pasture in the North West corner. The 232.73 acres + 222.90 acres = 455.63 acres under irrigation. The current owner owns from the pump and all downhole in the well. The renter owns the center pivots and will be glad to stay on and farm for next year. There is over 2.5 miles of underground that ties all the wells together. This may be one of the better farms on the market.
