Just off of Highway 70, turning on to County Road C sits 538.07 acres. This lies to the North of County Road C and starts just about 400 feet West of Highway 70. There is a lot of mesquite and natural cover, most of it making it a great hunting location. There is a small house next to County Road 3 on the North end. To get to the property take 287 to East side of Clarendon. Turn Southward, go approx. 17 miles. Sign to the property is on the west side of the road.
